1、Be the brand advocate through promoting and educating the internal audience on the brand initiatives, programs, values and attributes；
通过推广、培训等方式实现对公司品牌的推广和宣传；
2、Maintain brand integrity across all channels of communication
通过媒体等各种渠道来保持品牌的完整统一性；
3、To develop, plan and organise events, and exhibitions and implement advertising and sponsorship programs；
实施、开发并组织大型活动、品牌展览会和完成广告、赞助商计划等；
4、To develop marketing materials such as collaterals, sales manual, video and other multimedia materials；
负责收集并整理市场素材，例如宣传册，销售手册，销售视频短片和其他多媒体资料素材；
5、To promote the eco-city and generate publicity；
负责提升生态城品牌并创造品牌知名度；
6、Work with Corporate Communications and other departments to manage and implement communication and marketing related programmes and activities；
与公司企业发展部或是其他部门合作完成开展媒体等与市场相关的项目和活动； Job Requirements 任职资格 1、Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Marketing Communication or equivalent 本科以上学历；市场/市场推广专业；
2、Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing Communications / A&P, development of marketing materials, and event organisation, preferrably with multinational company；
5年以上在外资企业有市场推广经验；并有过开发市场资料或是大型活动组织经验；
3、At least 3 years experience in real estate ；
至少3年以上房地产经验；
4、Creative, ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task and work independently；
具有创造性，能够承受压力并独立工作；
5、Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint；
熟练使用办公软件如word,excel和powerpoint；
