一般情况下，地热管路在运行一个采暖期之后会沉积1~1.5毫米的水垢、粘泥，并相应地使室内温度降低3~10摄氏度，水质差的地区更为严重。水垢从0mm增加到0.3mm，热交换率会降低到79%，也就是说，当水垢的厚度达到0.3mm的时候，将有21%的热量不能正常转换。并且，热交换率会随着水垢厚度的增加而急剧递减，这就是在地热取暖过程中，人们为什么会感觉地热不热的原因。
地暖需要多久清洗一次？
“地热多长时间清洗和水质有一定关系。如果小区的供暖用水水质比较好，就可以1年到3年清洗一次；水质比较浑浊，可考虑每年清洗1次。
